1. Machine base components:

(1) Flat structure. Q235A steel plate is used to weld the surface lining with 304 stainless steel plate. The machine has a low center of gravity and operates smoothly. Easy to install.

(2) The casing and base (flat plate) are welded together as a whole, with good rigidity.

(3) Four liquid damping isolators are used below the machine base to support the system, which has good vibration reduction performance. Reduce interference to surrounding equipment and foundation ground.

2. Drum components:

The bottom of the rotating drum component is made of cast steel and wrapped with 304 material. The 304 material of the rotating drum body is fully welded to the liquid blocking plate 304 and the bottom and lining of the rotating drum. The weld seam is polished smooth, and the inner and outer surfaces are polished. The drum has undergone strict dynamic and static balance testing, with good balance and non-destructive inspection of welds.

3. Bearing seat and main shaft:

The design of the inner sleeve of the bearing seat allows for vertical lifting from the top, making it easy to disassemble and maintain, and ensuring reliable sealing; The spindle is made of 40Cr and has undergone quenching and tempering treatment. The bearing support length is large and the bearing performance is good. The spindle end seal adopts an O-ring structure with good sealing effect. The low connection part between the spindle and the drum is covered with a stainless steel sleeve to ensure the corrosion resistance of the spindle; The bearings are made of high-quality materials.

4. Shell components:

(1) The material contact part is made of 304 material, with a large flip structure, equipped with feeding tube, washing tube, oblique mirror, explosion-proof light (special requirements), and all fasteners are made of stainless steel; The inner and outer surfaces have been polished to ensure no hygiene dead corners and comply with GMP standards.
