This device is a new and efficient drying equipment developed for GMP pharmaceutical engineering; It can be used in conjunction with an efficient wet mixing granulator.

Dry powder or granular materials are put into the fluidized bed, and cold air enters from the heating chamber at the rear of the main engine. After being filtered through primary and medium efficiency filters and heated to the required temperature by the heater, it enters the fluidized bed. The material powder particles are in a boiling fluidized state in the raw material container (fluidized bed). After being heated and purified, the air is introduced from the bottom by the induced draft fan and passes through the orifice plate of the hopper. In the studio, fluidization is formed by negative pressure, and the water evaporates quickly and is carried away by the exhaust, resulting in rapid drying of the material.


Mainly used for powder and wet granular material operations in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. Such as tablet granules, instant beverages, and seasoning granules.

The contact material part of the GFG series high-efficiency boiling dryer is made of stainless steel. Thermal energy is divided into steam heating and electric heating, and the control part is divided into ordinary type and computer type, which users can choose from.

  • The cleaning method is cylinder cleaning, which continuously cleans and removes dust during operation, achieving continuous fluidized cleaning and avoiding dead beds.

  • The equipment adopts tipping and unloading, which is convenient and fast. It can also be designed to automatically load materials under negative pressure through its own induced draft fan, reducing manual operation and labor intensity for workers, thereby reducing costs.
