On the basis of summarizing the existing sewage mixing equipment, innovation has been made to the product structure and performance, especially on the basis of the push type mixer. The horizontal structure has been changed to a vertical circulation structure, making it more prominent in overall structural technical performance, mixing efficiency, service area, applicability, and other aspects.


Working mechanism:

The P (L) J type circulating mixer adopts a large displacement, propeller type propulsion impeller and blade as the main hydraulic components for operation

The submersible motor drives the propulsion impeller and blade to work, generating a certain flow velocity and field of fluid, which flows towards the bottom and surroundings of the pool

Form a circular mainstream belt. Due to the high flow velocity in the main stream, a turbulent region centered around it is formed, which promotes the formation of the entire water body

The large circulation of downward flipping achieves large-scale three-dimensional circulation agitation, keeping the sludge in the pool constantly in a flipping and suspended state

The medium to high speed mixing series has a relatively high rotational speed and a relatively small service range, but the mixing is relatively gentle. Suitable for anaerobic or facultative treatment of wastewater.

The low-speed push mixing series has low rotational speed, wide service range, high hydraulic efficiency, uniform mixing, and can be suitable for use in regulating tanks of various sewage treatment projects. It can also be used for anaerobic or facultative treatment.

According to different usage scenarios, it can also be divided into medium high speed stirring series and low-speed stirring series:

1. The medium high speed mixing series has a relatively high speed and a relatively small range of use, but the mixing is relatively gentle and can be applied to anaerobic or facultative treatment in sewage treatment plants;

2. Low speed push flow mixing series, with low speed, wide service range, high hydraulic efficiency, uniform mixing, can be used in regulating tanks of various sewage treatment projects, as well as in anaerobic or facultative tanks? use.

The characteristics are as follows:

1. The turbulent flow area is large, the action area is wide, the stirring is gentle and uniform, which can effectively reduce or even eliminate the dead corners of stirring, and will not have a destructive effect on the flocculent structure and microbial flocs of activated sludge;

2. The water flow adopts a large circulation flow scheme, with sufficient mixing of sludge, suitable for water depths of 2-9m and radiation areas of 100-800 square meters;

3. The power source is a submersible motor, which is coaxial with the mixer. When applied, it operates underwater and has good cooling conditions, a wide range of applicable depths, and does not produce secondary pollution such as noise; Adopting a mechatronics integrated structure can reduce mechanical losses and improve unit efficiency;

4. The main seal of the submersible motor is two series connected mechanical seals, and multiple auxiliary sealing systems are also used to ensure the reliability of the motor seal;

5. The submersible motor is equipped with multiple alarm protection systems such as oil leakage, stator overheating, phase loss, and short circuit, making the product safer and more reliable to use;

6. Easy and flexible installation. Multiple installation methods can be used for installation. When using floating installation, there is no need to build a professional factory or installation platform, which saves comprehensive investment and makes installation, use, and maintenance convenient;

7. Not limited by pool type and volume size, it can have one machine per pool or multiple machines per pool. The quantity can be increased or decreased at any time according to process requirements, and the installation position can be moved at any time. working principle

Adopting a large displacement propeller type propulsion impeller as the main hydraulic component. During operation, the submersible motor drives the impeller to work, causing the fluid to generate a certain flow velocity and spray and diffuse around the bottom of the pool at a certain angle, forming a circular main flow zone. Due to the high flow velocity of the main stream, a turbulent area centered around it is formed, which promotes the water in the entire pool to form a large circulation of up and down turning, thereby achieving large-scale three-dimensional circulation agitation, keeping the sludge in the pool always in a turning and suspended state, increasing the contact surface between the phases, eliminating the dead corners of agitation, achieving the goal of uniform and gentle agitation, ensuring good anaerobic treatment effect, and improving the treatment efficiency.


⑴. Tighten the float clamps to the middle positions of the four sides of the float box, and then connect one end of the fixing wire rope to the earrings on the clamps with a shackle. During installation, four sufficiently long and sturdy ropes should be prepared according to the site conditions, and the other end of the steel wire rope should be securely fastened.
⑵. The cable of the submersible mixer should be fixed on a steel wire rope and extended to the shore to connect to the electrical control cabinet.
⑶. Check the rotation direction of the motor. Before the initial installation and start-up of the submersible mixer, or after each reinstallation, the rotation direction should be checked. The inspection method is to instantly start the submersible mixer and observe the rotation direction of the impeller and the direction indicated on the label. If the rotation direction is not *, simply exchange the positions of any two phase lines in the three phases. If multiple submersible mixers are connected to the same control box or terminal, each submersible mixer must be inspected separately.
⑷. Secure the float with a lifting device and pay attention to balance. Do not hang it directly on the hoop earrings. Use a lifting device to slowly lift the entire machine and slowly place it into the pool water. Unscrew the lifting device and gently pull it to the position in the pool with a fly rope. Place the float in a diamond shape with four corners facing the edges of the pool. Then slightly tighten the steel wire rope and visually observe that the two steel wire ropes on the opposite side are in a straight line. The two straight lines formed by the four steel wire ropes intersect vertically and are perpendicular to the four sides of the float. Drill a hole in a sturdy position at the top of the pool wall along the direction of the steel wire rope, fix the ground pile with expansion bolts, adjust the length of the four steel wire ropes, pay attention to the possible drop in water level, release enough allowance, clamp the clamp, and fix it to the ground pile with a shackle. During the entire lifting process, always pay attention to protecting the cables and never allow the use of submersible mixer cables to lift or suspend the mixer.
Installation of low-speed mixer
When installing the blade slurry, install it according to the matching surface between the hub and the blade slurry*The sharp corner must be beyond the hub of the main engine. The remaining installation steps are the same as the installation steps for medium and high-speed mixers.
Attention! The impeller cannot be reversed underwater, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the main engine and blades!
