Overview: This machine is mainly used for pre filling and sealing of catheter flushers (sealers), and is a filling host in batch production lines. Currently, there are a full range of multi head filling models: 4 head, 6 head, 12 head, etc., and pre filling machines can also be customized according to users' special needs.

　　This series of models is divided into two categories based on different filling methods:

1. Upper filling method (standard model): Insert the syringe needle from the tail (large mouth) of the syringe for filling:

Process flow: Automatic sorting of syringe barrel → Air washing → Silicon oil spraying → Pre rotating cap → Tightening cap → Upper filling → Sealing with stopper → Scraping → Finished product (or syringe automatically loaded into sterilization tray).

2. Filling method: Fill from the head (small opening) of the syringe:

Process flow: Automatic sorting of syringe barrel → Air washing → Silicon oil spraying → Adding rubber stopper → Bottom filling → Pre rotating cap → Tightening cap → Scraping → Finished product (or syringe automatically loaded into sterilization tray).
