The WC-KLD series high-temperature instantaneous sterilization equipment for herbal medicines is suitable for 0.5-10cm rhizomes, industrial herbal medicines, large or sheet-like materials (excluding animal medicines), spices, and grains.

Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are processed from Chinese medicinal materials, and their quality control should be stricter than that of Chinese medicinal materials. However, there is currently no clear regulation on this in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and processing standards. Especially for those "original decoction pieces" (fruits, seeds, flowers, etc.) that only require simple purification and do not require special treatment, simple purification methods such as removing impurities, sorting, or washing cannot remove microorganisms from the medicinal materials.
