Process and principle explanation:

1、 The powder materials that have been proportioned and mixed according to the process requirements are sucked into the feeding bin through the negative pressure feeding system, and added to the non gravity mixer or twin-screw mixer in batches from the feeding bin.

2、 After the feeding is completed, close the feeding port of the mixer, and then start the mixer. At the same time, continuously spray an appropriate amount of water through the measuring tank through the spraying port, and evenly spray it on the surface of the flipping material to achieve uniform mixing of dry powder and water.

3、 After the mixing is completed, stop the main shaft of the mixer and simultaneously open the discharge valve at the bottom of the mixer to evenly feed the mixed materials into the silo.

4、 After the feeding is completed, the material is slowly and continuously fed into the feeding bin of the rotary granulator through the screw conveyor at the bottom of the bin. The feeding speed can be adjusted according to the working capacity of the rotary granulator to adjust the speed of the screw conveyor (variable frequency speed regulation).

5、 The wet material entering the rotary granulator is continuously extruded into the required cylindrical particles, and enters the continuous fluidized bed dryer through the connecting pipe. The continuous fluidized drying is driven by the hot air blown from the bottom of the fluidized bed. The drying time can be adjusted appropriately by adjusting the valve plate according to the material situation to ensure that the material meets the qualified requirements when it flows out from the outlet of the fluidized bed.

6、 Then, the dried granular material is sieved through a circular or square vibrating screen to remove clumped coarse particles and fine powder, and the qualified granular material is retained as the finished product.

7、 As described above, continuous operation can achieve continuous production of granules, effectively reducing manual labor and greatly improving the production environment.
