Function Introduction:

■Equipped with a replacement 483KA pump head and a self created hinge type pressure block mechanism, the hose can be quickly replaced without disassembling the pressure block.
The pump body is made of aluminum alloy and formed by high-precision CNC machining. It comes standard with stainless steel pagoda joints and 304 stainless steel wheel sets.
The hinge type spring pressure block mechanism with adaptive adjustment can also be manually adjusted, especially suitable for conveying viscous fluids containing particles.
The pump head and drive control are designed as one unit, and the whole machine does not require installation and debugging. It can be used by inserting a 220V power supply.
■ With a flow rate of up to 36L/min (2m ³/h), it is driven by a brushless motor and has a total power of only 300W.
■ Operation display: Adopting a true color LCD display interface, with thin film buttons and rotary encoder switches for operation.
Main functions: flow conveying, timed conveying, and filling distribution (infrared sensing for bottle shortage and stopping).
Basic functions: start stop, forward and reverse rotation, full speed emptying, intermittent operation, stop and anti drip suction angle setting.
External control functions: foot switch, infrared switch, analog signal, RS485 communication protocol.
Output signal: Two relays with a capacity of 1A output pump operation and direction signals respectively.
Memory function: The pump's set parameters and operating status are automatically memorized and saved.
Other functions: Equipped with clock display, environmental temperature detection, operation prompt sound, Chinese operation instructions, and other functions.
