3、 Application scope of YC-019 pilot scale spray dryer
YC-019 mini laboratory spray granulator is mainly applicable to the production of micro particle powder (1~100 microns) in universities, research institutes and food, pharmaceutical and chemical enterprise laboratories. It has broad spectrum applicability to all solutions, such as emulsion and suspension, and is suitable for drying heat sensitive substances, such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Since the sprayed materials are only exposed to high temperature when sprayed into aerosol particles, they are only heated instantaneously, which can keep the active ingredients of these active materials intact after drying.
