The materials to be dried are sent to the vacuum chamber of the vacuum low-temperature belt dryer through the screw metering pump, and the mudflat evenly distributed by the distribution motor is on the conveyor belt. A specially designed roller driven conveyor belt is driven by a motor and runs at a set speed. Under the conveyor belt, there are independent heating plates and a set of cooling plates. The conveyor belt is closely attached to the heating plates and cooling plates to transfer the heat required for drying to the material and cooling through contact heat transfer. Set the operating speed of the conveyor belt according to the different properties of the materials. When the materials are transported from one end of the cylinder to the other by the conveyor belt, they have already dried and cooled. When the conveyor belt is folded back, the dried cake is peeled off from the conveyor belt, crushed by a crushing device, and discharged through a butterfly valve. The obtained particles can be directly made into capsules or tablets.

The entire vacuum low-temperature belt dryer is controlled by PLC. Operate the device through the human-machine interface of the PC. Set up a touch screen operation panel near the dryer, configure a graphical interface, and display various process parameters, production data, and other parameters for real-time modification and control.
