The YMC Pack TMS (C1 column) chromatographic column is composed of trimethylchlorosilane bonds and has moderate polarity. Ordinary reverse phase solvents can be used to analyze hydrophobic compounds, or high water content solvents can be used to analyze highly polar compounds. Meanwhile, the unique chemical structure of TMS is highly suitable for analyzing multifunctional compounds. Due to the unique selectivity of C1 bonding phase, the sample must undergo experiments to determine its applicability.
