YX-2H8AThe embedded crystal orientation instrument is a new type of dual worktable orientation instrument developed by our company according to the production process needs of customers. It is mainly used for angle measurement of silicon single crystal sapphire and other crystals. One side of the sample stage adopts a V-shaped groove design, which can measure the end face angle of a crystal rod with a diameter of 2-8 inches and a length of 300mm. The other side can measure the angle of the OF surface of the crystal rod, and can also measure the end face angle of 2-8 inch chips. The measurable weight is 1-50 kilograms.
