Multiple observation methods are available for selection to obtain more rich information. Observe the sample using reflected light under bright field, dark field, differential interference (DIC), circular differential interference (C-DIC), polarization, or fluorescence. Use transmitted light to detect samples in bright field, dark field, differential interference (DIC), polarized or circularly polarized light.
The observation mode manager ensures that the lighting settings of AxioImager2 are replicable.
