Overview
The ZLXZ speed regulating rotary granulator adopts double sealing at both the granulating blade and the pressing blade to reduce dust and foreign objects from entering the gearbox and biting the bearings. By using a grinding knife with a special shape, the processing technology of the granulation knife is improved, which can reduce material heating, decrease the squeezing force between the knife and the sieve, and extend the service life of the sieve.

It provides cooling and separation for the granulation of viscous and thermosensitive materials. The chassis is equipped with a water cooling device.
The granulation device of this mechanism mainly consists of a mesh ring, a pressing blade, and a large angle grinding knife. The material is extruded from the sieve holes into granules through the blades. This machine is easy to install, disassemble, and clean.
