The ZYW610 ultrasonic level gauge draws on the strengths of various level gauges both domestically and internationally. A universal level gauge that implements a fully digital and humanized design concept, with complete level measurement and control, data transmission, and human-machine communication functions. The transducer adopts original German components, and the main chip adopts imported industrial grade microcontrollers, digital temperature compensation and other related specialized integrated circuits. It has strong anti-interference ability, can freely set upper and lower limit nodes and online output adjustment, and has on-site display, analog quantity, switch quantity and RS485 output options, which can be easily connected to the host. The shell of the ultrasonic level gauge adopts a waterproof shell, and the probe part is made of high-strength engineering plastic. The shell is compact and quite sturdy. The circuit motherboard adopts high-quality surface mount components and a surface mount keyboard, making the product performance more stable and reliable. Ultrasonic level transmitterIt is a non-contact level measuring instrument that uses the principle of sound wave reflection to detect liquid or material levels. The entire instrument set consists of an ultrasonic level gauge probe and a display device.

The working principle of an ultrasonic level gauge is that the transducer (probe) emits ultrasonic pulses that are reflected back from the surface of the measured medium. Some of the reflected echoes are received by the same transducer and converted into electrical signals. Ultrasonic pulses propagate at the speed of sound waves, and the time interval required from emission to reception of ultrasonic pulses is proportional to the distance from the transducer to the surface of the measured medium. The propagation speed of ultrasound in gas is affected by the gas temperature, so the level gauge needs to detect the gas temperature and compensate for the sound velocity to ensure measurement accuracy. When the level gauge emits ultrasonic pulses, it cannot simultaneously detect reflected echoes. Due to the time width of the emitted ultrasonic pulses and the residual vibration of the sensor after the ultrasonic waves are emitted, the reflected echoes cannot be detected during this period. Therefore, a small distance from the surface of the probe downwards cannot be detected normally, which is called a blind zone. If the highest level being measured enters the blind zone, the instrument will not be able to detect it correctly, resulting in errors. If necessary, the level gauge can be installed higher.

2. After the equipment installation is completed, it must be truly grounded separately and not grounded with the common ground of the electrical box or instrument box.
3. Suggestion: When connecting ultrasonic level gauges to equipment that interferes with frequency converters, PLCs, etc., isolation transformers should be added to the power supply, signal isolators should be added to the signal section, and reliable grounding treatment should be carried out.
4. The signal line cannot be installed in the same cable tray as the power line or power line. It should be installed separately in a metal tube, or installed away from the power line or power line. Without installation in a tube, the distance from the power line or power line should be at least 1 meter.
