The M3 threaded probe can be used for Zeiss RST or third-party trigger probes. By using appropriate adapters, they can also be used for other threaded systems. Note: These probes can only be used for trigger probes. Please do not use them with scanning probes like VASTXXT. Their stability is not designed for scanning probes, which can affect accuracy.
