The CJF/FCF series laboratory magnetic stirring reaction kettle is a stirring reaction device for chemical reactions of three-phase chemical materials, including gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, or gas-liquid, which can fully stir various chemical materials under high pressure, vacuum, and temperature to enhance mass and heat transfer processes.

The main feature of this device is the use of a static sealing structure, with a magnetic coupling connection between the mixer and the motor drive. Due to its non-contact torque transmission, static sealing replaces dynamic sealing, which can solve the leakage problem of mixing and keep the entire medium and mixing components in an absolutely sealed state for operation. Therefore, it is more suitable for mixing reactions of various flammable, explosive, highly toxic, valuable media and other permeable chemical media. It is a leak free reaction equipment for sulfurization, fluorination, oxidation, liquefaction and other reactions in petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, polymer material polymerization, food and other processes.

1. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble under pressure

2. It is strictly prohibited to collide with the sealing area

3. Please wipe the sealed area clean before use, and there should be no foreign objects mixed in

4. When using, please tighten the nuts diagonally

5. After use, please clean the valve with alcohol or other solvents to prevent foreign objects from causing valve leakage

6. Regularly disassemble and inspect the explosion-proof valve to avoid safety hazards caused by valve blockage. During installation, the sealing area should also be wiped clean

7. When using, the pressure gauge value should be observed in real time. If it exceeds the safe pressure range, the valve should be opened immediately to release air

8. Explosion proof valves should be connected to a safe discharge point through an external pipe to prevent harmful substances or gases from causing harm to the human body during explosion

9. It is prohibited to arbitrarily replace explosion-proof valves with different pressures

10. When using flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals, they must be used in a ventilated kitchen. Do not use chemicals with violent reactions to prevent pressure and temperature from getting out of control

11. When the temperature exceeds 100 degrees Celsius, it is necessary to cool the magnetic sleeve with water to avoid demagnetization caused by magnetic coupling and mixing failure

12. The heating coil must not be filled with conductive liquid to avoid short circuit and burning of the heating coil

13. When installing, please tighten the nut on the heating bucket to avoid poor contact
