Nano drug preparation system
The Nano Drug Preparation System/Nano Delivery System (NanoDPS) is a system that encapsulates active drugs (APIs) onto a carrier with a particle size of 10-1000 nm for in vivo delivery. It can effectively regulate the release rate of drugs, increase their ability to penetrate biofilms, alter their in vivo distribution, and improve their bioavailability. Can be used for nucleic acid RNA, peptides CRISPR/CAS9、 Infectious disease/tumor vaccines and integrated small molecule targeted drugs for targeted/imaging/therapy.

The Nanowetech rapid nanomedicine manufacturing system utilizes microfluidic chip hybrid technology, which can be used for the rapid self-assembly of materials such as nanoliposomes and polymer nanoparticles.
Process:
1. Load the aqueous phase or the aqueous phase containing dissolved API and the organic phase solvent containing dissolved nanoparticle precursors (such as lipid components) into two separate syringes, and then use a pump to inject the two syringes into Nanowetechmicrofluidic chipTwo entrances.
2. In laminar flow, the two phases will not mix completely immediately.
3. The microstructure in micrometer scale channels can repeatedly control the mixing of two phases.
4. Rapid, controllable, and uniform mixing technology enables uniform preparation of nanomedicine.
5. This method is relatively simple, fast, mild in conditions, and easy to achieve production scaling up.
The advantages of using microfluidic control to prepare nanoparticles such as LNP include:
·Shorten mixing time, achieve millisecond mixing efficiency, and complete the preparation of mL level samples within seconds;
·By precise flow rate control, monodisperse nanoparticles of various sizes can be achieved
·Improve uniformity and high monodispersity (PDI usually below 0.2);
·Good repeatability in multiple preparations;
·The method is relatively simple, fast, mild in conditions, does not generate high-energy shear forces, and does not easily damage bioactive components;
