Usage method
1. Installation base: Before installation, check the direction of the inlet and outlet clearly. The liquid should flow from the outside of the filter element to the center, and the pipeline connected to the filter element interface is the outlet. There are arrows indicating the flow direction on the filter pipeline, do not connect them incorrectly. 2. Installation of filter element: Tighten the M30 outer thread interface of the filter element (222 socket is a plug-in type, 226 socket is a snap in type, if it is a multi-core, the pressure plate should be placed on the fins.) The bolts should be moderately tightened (the filter element will elongate under high temperature, and if the pressure plate is too tight, there will be no extension space for the filter element, which will cause distortion and deformation, affecting the filtration accuracy). 3. Install the outer cover and seal it with clamps (single core) or bolts (multi-core) connected to the base. Pay attention to placing the sealing gasket flat and check that there is no leakage at the sealing point. 4. Disinfection of filter element: The new filter element must be cleaned thoroughly before use. The filter element used for sterilization should be disinfected and sterilized, and the disinfection work should generally be carried out on the production line to avoid external pollution. On site steam disinfection should strictly control the steam pressure and pressure difference to avoid damaging the filter element due to excessive steam pressure and pressure difference. 5. When filtering liquids, the exhaust valve at the top of the filter element should be opened first to exhaust the gas inside the cylinder and allow the liquid to fill the cylinder, otherwise it will affect the flow rate. 6. When the filter medium flows into the filter element, it will experience a pressure drop due to resistance (i.e. the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet). In order to overcome this resistance and maintain sufficient flow, it is necessary to have sufficient working pressure when necessary. We provide corresponding temperature and pressure limit values for each filter element, please use them according to the requirements. In order to prevent the filter element from being impacted by excessive flow, be sure to open the valve slowly! 7. When using a self selected pump, please pay attention to matching the flow rate and pressure. It is advisable to choose self-priming pumps such as vortex pumps and infusion pumps. When shutting down, the filtrate should be drained. If the time is not long, there is no need to open the filter element; If the time is long or the filtrate is not suitable for long-term storage, the filter element or filter cartridge should be cleaned.
