1、 Operating procedures
1. Place the soft capsule mold into the host and install it according to the instructions. After confirming that the mold is installed, turn on the power for preheating.
2. Select the correct soft capsule mold and install it into the host. There are two types of molds: circular and elliptical. Choosing the correct mold ensures that the prepared soft capsules meet the requirements.
3. Prepare the medication or other ingredients according to the formula and inject them into the syringe.
4. Connect the syringe to the host, open the control system, and start preparing the soft capsules.
5. After preparation, turn off the host, remove the soft capsule mold, and take out the prepared soft capsules.
2、 Maintenance Regulations
1. Before operation, check whether the host and soft capsule mold are normal. If there are any abnormalities, repair or replace the corresponding components in a timely manner.
2. Clean the host and soft rubber mold in a timely manner after use, use a clean soft cloth to clean the surface of the equipment, and strictly prohibit the use of water or other corrosive solutions for cleaning.
3. After each usage cycle, all parts of the soft capsule machine should be inspected and maintained according to the instructions to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
4. Regularly maintain the soft capsule machine, replace vulnerable parts, clean or replace expired soft capsule molds.
3、 Precautions
1. During use, strictly follow the instructions and do not arbitrarily change the equipment parameters.
2. During the heating process of the soft capsule machine, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands or other objects into the interior of the host to avoid accidental injury.
3. During the operation, it is strictly prohibited to leave the soft capsule machine to avoid safety accidents.
4. Before use, it is necessary to understand the properties of the drug or other ingredients and prepare them according to relevant pharmacological and pharmaceutical knowledge.
