1Please read this manual thoroughly and keep it safe for future reference when operating the fully automatic traditional Chinese medicine pill making machine (hereinafter referred to as the pill making machine).

2Any modifications without approval from the responsible agency may render the pill making machine inoperable.

3The manufacturer shall not make any modifications that result in the inability to operate the pill making machine without the approval of the responsible agency. Correcting this issue is the responsibility of the user.

4This machine is suitable for indoor environments with ambient temperatures ranging from -5 ℃ to+40 ℃, relative humidity less than 90%, voltage fluctuations in the power grid less than 10% of the rated value, and no conductive dust or corrosive metal gases in the surrounding area. Installed in a sunny and clean factory building, there is no need for a foot, just level it. For safety reasons, a grounding wire is necessary.

5Before starting up, it is necessary to check whether the oil level of the gearbox has reached the standard position; Check if the gearbox is filled with engine oil; Check if the oil level in the pill making box has reached the * position. It has been filled before leaving the factory, but customers need to replace it themselves after using it for six monthsCheck if the pellet making machine mold is aligned and tightened.

6The delivery section should be air freighted for 3-5 minutes, and if there are no abnormalities, the material can be fed. The feeding should be uniform during operation. If it is found that the dispensing and pill making are not synchronized, they can be adjusted by turning the knob. Clockwise pill making is faster, while counterclockwise pill making is slower. The size of the pill diameter can be achieved by replacing different dispensing ports, pill making knives, and guide wheels.

7Do not throw foreign objects into the hopper during feeding, and do not put your hands into the flat surface of the hopper to avoid injuring your hands. Regularly check for any abnormalities in each component, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if any abnormalities are found.

8After use, power off and turn off the main switch and other switches. Remove the strip outlet before cleaning. When disassembling the machine head, use an Allen wrench to remove the screws and then extract the screw propeller. After cleaning, apply oil. When reusing, use alcohol to remove oil and disinfect each part.

9The oil inside the reducer should be kept at the oil level. After three to six months of normal operation, the waste oil should be drained and replaced with new oil.
