1、 Basic core structure
1. Air filtration system
Using efficient filters to ensure the cleanliness of the air entering the drying system and avoid material contamination.
Optional dual stage filtration with initial and intermediate effects, suitable for high cleanliness requirements scenarios (such as pharmaceutical GMP environments).
2. Heating device
Steam heater, electric heater or hot air stove, providing hot air at 120-140 ℃.
Some models support waste heat recovery design to reduce energy consumption.
3. Boiling bed host
Horizontal box structure with built-in porous distribution plate, allowing wet materials to fluidized and boil under the action of hot air.
A star shaped feeding valve or pneumatic conveying device is installed at the inlet, and a vibrating discharge mechanism is equipped at the outlet.
4. Gas-solid separation system
Cyclone separator: primary separation, recovering over 80% of coarse particles, suitable for high-density materials.
Bag filter: secondary capture, with a filtration accuracy of 0.1 μ m, meeting environmental emission requirements.
Optional wet dust collector can be used to treat viscous materials.
5. Power system
High pressure centrifugal fan provides stable airflow power with a wide range of adjustable air volume.
