The dual drum drum scraper dryer developed by Changzhou Xiangteng innovatively adopts a dual drum opposite rotation design. By precisely controlling the speed difference of 0.1-5r/min, a shear force field is formed, which stabilizes the film thickness in the range of 0.3-1.5mm, and improves the drying efficiency by 60% compared to traditional single drum models.

  Intelligent temperature control system
The inner part of the drum consists of 12 independent heating chambers, which achieve precise temperature control of ± 1 ℃ through PID algorithm. A production case of vitamin B12 shows that this design increases the retention rate of active ingredients in thermosensitive materials from 78% to 95%.
  Dynamic scraper device
