The maintenance and upkeep of the toothpaste making machine should be combined with the equipment characteristics and production requirements. The specific methods are as follows:
1、 Daily cleaning and disinfection
1. Cleaning before and after production: Use a high-pressure water gun or cloth to wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the equipment, remove residual paste, and avoid cross contamination. After continuous production, it is necessary to thoroughly drain the remaining water in the pipeline to prevent the growth of microorganisms.
2. Disinfection process: High temperature disinfection requires ensuring that the coldest part of the equipment reaches 70 ℃ or above and is maintained for 10 minutes; Chemical disinfection recommends soaking in 400mg/kg peracetic acid or 300mg/kg sodium hypochlorite solution for 20 minutes, followed by thorough cleaning of residual disinfectants.
2、 Key component maintenance
1. Mechanical seals and bearings: Regularly check the mechanical seal status of high-speed homogenizers and colloid mills, and replenish lubricating grease every 1000 hours to prevent wear.
2. Hydraulic system: The double column hydraulic lifting mechanism needs to be regularly checked for oil pressure to ensure smooth takeoff and landing, and to avoid sticking during paste inspection.
3、 Periodic inspection and maintenance
1. Vacuum system: The water sealed vacuum pump needs to clean the buffer tank to prevent material backflow; The supporting equipment of the nitrogen generator needs to check the blockage of the radiator and filter.
2. Electrical and control systems: Check SIMENS or OMRON control circuits weekly, tighten loose wiring terminals, and avoid signal interference.
4、 Residual paste recycling
The use of forced paste dispensing, pressurized paste dispensing, or homogenizer assisted paste dispensing can reduce the residual rate in the paste making machine and minimize material loss.
5、 Long term suspension management
Start the equipment once a month to prevent component corrosion; Before stopping use, it is necessary to empty the paste in the pipeline and apply anti rust oil.
