The working principle of JS-T4 round bottle side labeling machine is based on the collaborative operation of automation control system and mechanical transmission device. After the round bottle enters the conveyor belt, the photoelectric sensor will accurately detect the position and speed of the bottle body, trigger the labeling control system to peel off the label at the predetermined position, and attach the label to the bottle body through the suction device. Subsequently, the labeling mechanism (such as the wrapping roller or labeling tape) ensures the label is tightly attached and eliminates bubbles by rotating or squeezing. The equipment can be widely used in industries such as daily chemical and pharmaceutical, and its stainless steel and aluminum alloy structure balances durability and aesthetics.
The JS-T4 round bottle side labeling machine mainly has the following functional features:
1. The label pre delivery system ensures stable paper feeding, smooth pasting, and precise label positioning.
2. The label feeding adopts a tension design to ensure the quality of coding and accurately control the length and uniformity of the labels.
