1、 Maintenance Regulations
1. Maintenance of equipment
(1) Regularly inspect and strictly monitor the physical changes and damage of the tank body;
(2) Regularly clean the water-cooled cycler, vacuum pump, and vacuum gauge to ensure their normal operation;
(3) Conduct an investigation into the damage to circuits and components to ensure their cleanliness and tidiness;
(4) Regularly replace the water in the water-cooled circulation device to ensure cooling effectiveness;
(5) Regularly replace oxides to ensure the service life of components.
2. Perform equipment maintenance
(1) After the concentration of the sample in the tank, it must be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent the sample and sample residue from adhering to the tank and affecting the experimental results;
(2) When cleaning, it is necessary to ensure the correct concentration of various cleaning agents and cleaning methods;
(3) Avoid exceeding the specified sample capacity to prevent sample spillage and contamination of the equipment;
(4) Ensure that the equipment is in a dry environment to avoid damage and corrosion.
2、 Solutions to common faults
1. The display board can does not stop rotating
If this situation occurs, it may be due to equipment issues that prevent it from functioning properly. The following steps can be taken to address this:
(1) Firstly, turn off the equipment, cut off the power, and check the wiring of the device;
(2) Check if the water cooling cycle is running;
(3) Check the program settings and troubleshoot issues with device program misoperation.
2. Water cooling cycle not working
If the water cooling cycle cannot work properly, the following steps should be taken to troubleshoot the problem:
(1) Monitor the normal operation of the circulating motor and check if the water volume in the cooling water tray is sufficient;
(2) Check whether the water tank, water pipes, water pump, electrical and mechanical parts of the water-cooled cycle are well maintained;
(3) Check if the water pump can operate normally.
