1、 Power on preparation
1. Confirm that the power supply, water source, and discharge pipelines are all connected properly.
2. Open the casing and check if all parts of the instruments, pumps, solenoid valves, etc. are functioning properly.
3. Empty load test whether the pump is running normally.
2、 Start operation
1. Open the water source and let the water flow soak into the inlet filter. After the water flows into the inner filter, the circulation pump can be started to circulate.
2. Open the terminal drain solenoid valve and start the first preheating of the evaporator according to the number of cycles shown in the table. During this process, the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water should not exceed 2 ℃.
3. After preheating the evaporator, open the solenoid valve in the system and start preheating the distiller. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water should not exceed 2 ℃.
4. When the distilled water temperature stabilizes at around 90 ℃, open the high-temperature solenoid valve at the head end: allow hot water to enter the heat exchanger, raise the outlet water temperature of the first stage preheater to around 70 ℃, and start the small circulation pump to circulate the water. The two types of water in the heat exchanger are not mixed.
5. When the outlet temperature of the first preheating stage stabilizes at around 70 ℃, open the high-temperature solenoid valve and the circulation pump solenoid valve to start the circulation pump. The high-temperature solenoid valve allows high-temperature water to enter the second preheating stage, raising the outlet water temperature to around 85 ℃. At the same time, the small circulation pump sends the high-temperature water to the heat exchanger for heat exchange with steam, generating ultrapure water.
6. After the generated water flow meets the requirements, first close the small circulation pump solenoid valve, then close the high temperature solenoid valve and the circulation pump solenoid valve, and clean the heat exchanger with ultrapure water circulation to wash away any remaining dirt inside the exchanger.
7. After the water flow rate drops to a certain level, close the terminal drain solenoid valve and wait for the water flow to remain in the ultrafiltration device for a few minutes. Finally, turn off the pump and the compressed air source, press the power switch, and the entire process is complete.
