Maintenance methods for automatic decoction packaging machine

1、 Daily cleaning and maintenance
1. Cleaning of decoction module
Immediately rinse the inner pot, lid, and sealing ring thoroughly with clean water after each decoction, with a focus on removing residual liquid to avoid corrosion of the sealing components or adhesion.
At the end of each day's work, the filter barrel (if any) should be disassembled, and the bottom and inner walls should be cleaned with a soft cloth. Cleaning tools that are prone to shedding hair should be avoided to prevent blockage.
Regularly rinse the inner wall of the drainage hose with clean water to prevent blockage caused by drug residue deposition.
2. Cleaning of packaging module
After each use, the packaging pipeline needs to be rinsed with a special cleaning agent to ensure that there is no residual liquid medicine; Gently wipe the sealed parts with a damp cloth to remove any drug stains and avoid damaging the sealing performance.
Wipe the external dust of the sealing knife holder with an alcohol swab to keep the contact surface clean.
2、 Regular maintenance measures
1. Lubrication of mechanical components
Rotate the handle, screw and other transmission components, and add food grade butter every month to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear.
Check the lubrication status of worm gears, worm gears, and bearings every quarter and replenish lubricating oil in a timely manner.
2. Electrical system maintenance
Regularly check whether the cable terminals are loose, clean the dust and residual chemicals in the electrical control box, and ensure good heat dissipation.
Sensors, controllers, and other components are tested for sensitivity every month, and aging parts are replaced in a timely manner.
3. Sealing inspection
Check the sealing ring of the pot lid every week for aging and deformation. If cracks or decreased elasticity are found, replace it immediately to prevent the decoction from leaking air.
The fastening nuts at the connection of the safety valve and pressure gauge should be tightened monthly to avoid high-pressure leakage.
3、 Long term disuse maintenance
1. Thoroughly clean and prevent residue
Before stopping the equipment, soak the inner container in warm water overnight to soften the medicine residue, or inject edible white vinegar solution to accelerate the decomposition of stubborn residue.
After rinsing, completely dry and apply food grade rust proof oil to the inner wall for protection.
2. Power off moisture-proof storage
Disconnect the power supply, cover the entire machine with a dust-proof cloth, and store it in a dry and ventilated place to prevent electrical components from getting damp.
4、 Key precautions
1. Safety operation standards
Before opening the cover, the exhaust valve must be opened to relieve pressure, and pressure operation is strictly prohibited.
Do not open the waste liquid valve during decoction to prevent scalding caused by high temperature liquid splashing.
2. Fault prevention
Avoid dry cooking: Confirm sufficient water before boiling.
Non woven bags that are damaged need to be thoroughly cleaned of residue to prevent blockage of the packaging machine.
Turn off the power counter before boiling to prevent false shutdown caused by accumulated timing.
Following the above process can significantly extend the lifespan of the equipment, ensuring the quality of decoction and safe operation.
