The operation steps of the fully automatic traditional Chinese medicine pill making machine are mainly divided into four stages: equipment preparation, material preparation, pill forming, post-treatment, and cleaning and maintenance. The specific process is as follows:
1、 Equipment preparation and debugging
1. Lubrication and disinfection:
Remove the device casing and add moisture free edible oil to each oil hole for lubrication;
Thoroughly wipe the roller, pill making groove, and other parts in contact with the pills with medical alcohol for disinfection.
2. No load trial operation:
Reinstall the casing, turn on the power and idle for 1-2 minutes, check if the operation is smooth and there are no abnormal noises.
3. Parameter settings:
Replace the corresponding mold or adjust the roller axis spacing according to the pill specifications (such as Φ 3mm - Φ 10mm);
Set parameters such as pill making speed and quantity through the control panel.
2、 Material preparation
1. Raw material processing:
After processing, the medicinal herbs are crushed into fine powder (sieved through a 120 mesh sieve) to ensure even mixing;
Preparation of adhesive: Honey is refined into honey of suitable viscosity according to the properties of the medicinal herbs (resin medicinal herbs are treated with 60-80 ℃ warm honey, and herbs with poor viscosity can increase the honey content to 1:2).
2. Mixed medicine group:
Knead the medicinal powder and honey in a tray until they are fully integrated, achieving the humidity standard of "clumping by hand and dispersing by light pressure".
3、 Pill making and molding
1. Bar feeding:
Put the mixed medicine into the extrusion groove, press it into a cake shape through a screw propeller, and then extrude a uniform medicine strip through the outlet;
The fully automatic model can synchronously extrude multiple drug strips (such as three parallel channels).
2. Automatic pill making:
The medicine strip is horizontally placed into the pill making groove, and the roller rotates to cut into pills, with the pill shape automatically rounded;
If the dispensing speed is not synchronized with the pill making speed, adjust it by turning the knob (clockwise to speed up pill making).
4、 Post processing
1. Drying:
The medicinal pills made from tender honey or medium honey need to be dried at 60-80 ℃ (electric heating drying, sun drying, or hot air drying);
2. Coating polishing (optional):
Put the pill into a coating machine, spray it with edible water or rice soup and roll it, then coat it with sugar coating/wax coating;
Continuously roll and polish for 2-3 minutes to make the surface smooth.
3. Packaging:
After drying, the pills are sealed and packaged in plastic boxes or wax wrappers.
5、 Cleaning and maintenance
1. Power off disassembly:
Turn off the power, remove the strip outlet, roller and other components, clean with alcohol and apply edible oil for rust prevention;
2. Regular maintenance:
Replace the engine oil of the reducer every 2-5 months, and add cooking oil to the hopper oil cup 3 times per shift.
3. Safety precautions:
Do not put your hands into the hopper during operation to avoid crushing injuries;
The ambient temperature should be maintained between -5 ℃ and 40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 90%.
