3. Drug filling and sealing: After starting the machine, the drug enters the filler and is filled into the capsule through the power stock method and sealed. Operators must strictly fill the medication according to the specified quantity.
4. Capsule discharge: Discharging capsules from the capsule discharge port. When discharging capsules, it is important to avoid damage to the capsules, as it may affect the quality of the medication.
5. Complete operation: After the operation is completed, turn off the power and clean all tools thoroughly.
3、 Operation precautions
1. During the operation, it is necessary to strictly follow the production process flow to ensure production efficiency and drug quality.
2. When administering drugs, appropriate tools must be used and the amount administered each time must be precise.
3. When cleaning and maintaining the machine, it is necessary to first turn off the power and ensure that the machine is in a safe state.
