What are the details to pay attention to when using a continuous flow tube centrifuge?
Date: 2025-05-23Read: 6
The statement that details determine victory or defeat still has a certain truth. If many details are not paid attention to, it may lead to equipment problems, and even severe cases may result in equipment damage. What are the details to pay attention to when using a continuous flow tube centrifuge? Let's discuss with the editor below.
1. Preprocessing of liquid data to reduce processing volume
After pre-treatment, liquid materials should be sent to a continuous flow tube centrifuge as much as possible to remove most of the sediment and reduce the solid content. Mixing materials can increase fluidity. This can effectively improve the centrifugal separation effect and reduce the separation time.
2. Control the feeding pressure and feeding speed
According to the characteristics of the materials and process conditions, choose high fuel tank feeding or pump feeding. When the nozzle diameter is fixed, the higher the intake pressure, the higher the output. Based on the characteristics of material control of feed flow rate, under the same separation factors, the smaller the flow rate, the smaller the output, and the better the separation effect of material liquid. In order to maintain the same separation effect, the feed volume should be larger at the beginning of the separation operation and smaller later on.
3. Never give up halfway, reduce the number of shutdowns
In the separate operation process, in addition to the significant impact of slag accumulation inside the drum, the separation effect of slag is obstructed. Usually, the tube centrifuge does not stop halfway, and minimizing the number of halfway stops as much as possible will affect the separation effect.
