1. If the sheet material is too loose, pressure can be applied, or the speed of the tablet pressing motor can be reduced or the speed of the feeding motor can be increased.
2. If the sheet material is too hard, the pressure can be reduced, or the pressing speed can be increased, or the feeding motor speed can be reduced. The gap between the two wheels is 0.5-2mm.
3. If the output is too low, the feeding and pressing motor speed can be synchronously increased proportionally.
4. If it still cannot be pressed into pieces after adjustment, increase the material humidity and spray edible alcohol, etc.
5. If the oil pressure is difficult to increase or the pressure drop is greater than 0.5Mpa/10min, the hydraulic system should be checked for normal operation.
6. If there is material blockage, this machine will automatically troubleshoot. (This function is not available during manual operation. If the tablet pressing motor cannot operate, unscrew the funnel seat bolt, lift the funnel upwards, remove the blockage, and clear the accumulated material in the funnel. After reinstallation, reduce the feeding speed or increase the speed of the pressing wheel to test the sample again. After normal operation, put it back into production.)
7. If there are difficulties in feeding, check the material ratio and moisture content to see if it is too wet or sticky, and then proceed with processing.
8. If the yield rate is not ideal, check if the tablet pressing is too loose, if the granulation cage speed is reasonable, if the mesh installation is appropriate, if there is any blockage or breakage, and then solve the problem.
9. If there is too much dust flying, check whether the dust removal fan is running normally, whether the cloth bag is blocked, and regularly recycle and clean the accumulation bucket.
10. If the compression is good and there is too much fine powder after granulation, check whether the rotary cage is blocked, whether the granulation speed is too fast, and the gap between the rotary cage and the sieve should be 0.5-1mm.
