The precautions for using a vacuum dryer mainly include the following aspects:
1. The casing must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. The vacuum dryer should be used in an environment with a relative humidity of ≤ 85% RH, free from corrosive vacuum drying gases, strong vibration sources, and strong electromagnetic fields.
3. The vacuum dryer workshop does not have explosion-proof, anti-corrosion and other treatments, and is not allowed to store items that are prone to natural, explosive or corrosive gases.
4. The vacuum pump cannot work for a long time, so when the vacuum degree reaches the requirements of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned off. When the vacuum degree is less than the requirements of the vacuum dryer, the vacuum valve and power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned on to continue vacuuming, which can extend the service life of the vacuum pump.
If the items in the vacuum dryer are damp, a filter should be added between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent damp gases from entering the vacuum pump and causing it to malfunction.
6. If the items in the vacuum dryer are changed to small particles with light weight and small volume after drying, a barrier net should be added to the vacuum port in the working room to prevent damage to the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve) due to suction by the vacuum dryer.
7. After multiple uses, the vacuum dryer may not be able to evacuate. In this case, the door seal should be replaced or the distance of the door latch on the box should be adjusted to solve the problem. When the temperature of the vacuum dryer exceeds 200 ℃, slow air leakage will occur (except for 6050, 6050B, 6051, 6053). At this time, remove the cover plate behind the box and use an Allen wrench to loosen the heater base, replace the sealing ring or tighten the heater base to solve the problem.
If the rubber plug of the vent valve has difficulty rotating, it can be lubricated with an appropriate amount of grease inside. (such as Vaseline)
9. Except for maintenance, do not open the left box cover (except for 6090 and 6210 models) to avoid damaging the electrical control system.
10. The vacuum dryer should be kept clean regularly. The door glass should not be wiped with reactive chemical solutions, but should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth.
If the vacuum dryer is not used for a long time, wipe off the exposed plated parts and apply neutral grease to prevent corrosion. Cover them with a plastic film dust cover and place them indoors to prevent electrical components from being damaged by moisture and affecting use.
