1、 Precautions
1. Every other day or for the first use after discontinuation, all moving parts should be lubricated with oil. To prevent contamination of medicinal herbs, edible oil can be used for lubrication.
2. There should be no hard objects such as metal or stones in the material to avoid damaging the cutting blade and conveyor belt.
3. Excessive water can accelerate the aging of polyurethane, affecting its service life, and avoid working with water.
4. The number of ratchet teeth, blade cutting depth, and motor should be adjusted by a designated person.
5. During operation, the material on the lower side of the conveyor belt should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent material damage or deviation of the conveyor belt.
6. For safety reasons, the blades should be disassembled after the machine is used.
2、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Designate a dedicated person to inspect the equipment in use and promptly shut down for inspection if any abnormal situations are found.
2. After daily production, clean and tidy the cutting machine in a timely manner; Lubricate the rotating parts with oil; Check the power cord to ensure that it is intact and undamaged; Make maintenance records after completion.
3. For shutdowns of more than a week, the pre-treatment team should perform weekly cleaning and maintenance. Complete the installation of dust-proof cloth on the back cover.
4. Every month, mechanical maintenance personnel and operators cooperate to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the unit, including transmission shafts, gearboxes, V-belts, conveyors, blades, etc.
5. Regular inspections should be conducted on moving parts, and if damage or increased gaps are found, the parts should be replaced in a timely manner.
6. After each use, clean up any debris in a timely manner, especially the transmission components, which must not be stuck with materials.
