Ultra fine crusher is an advanced crushing equipment mainly used for crushing, dispersing and shaping various hard, brittle, high-purity and highly active substances. It has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high production efficiency in crushing fineness, and is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, electronics, ceramics, medicine, food and other fields, becoming one of the important crushing and processing equipment in industrial production.
The process principle of the ultrafine crusher is to use the high-speed rotating grinding rollers and grinding rings inside the crushing equipment to apply multiple forces such as high-speed shearing, impact, friction, and peeling on the material, crushing, dispersing, and breaking it into fine powder, and changing and adjusting the physical properties and surface characteristics of the material, thereby achieving efficient processing of the material.
The ultrafine grinder mainly includes several parts such as grinding system, conveying system, cooling system, collection system, and control system.
1. Grinding system
The grinding system is the core part of the ultrafine grinder, mainly consisting of two parts: grinding rollers and grinding rings. In the grinding system, the grinding ring is fixed and stationary, while the grinding is driven by a motor to rotate. The material is crushed into ultrafine particles from the internal gap between the grinding ring and the grinding roller through force, cutting, squeezing, friction, and other methods.
2. Conveyor system
The conveying system mainly includes two parts: screw conveyor and pneumatic conveying system. The spiral conveyor is mainly responsible for transporting materials from the feeding port to the grinding system, while the pneumatic conveying system transports the ground powder to the next processing stage.
3. Metallurgical system
The metallurgical system mainly reduces the temperature in the grinding system through equipment such as smelters, fans, and metallurgical fluids, ensuring the stability and safety of the ultrafine crusher under complex working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and high speed.
4. Collection system
The collection system is mainly used to collect the products of ultrafine crusher powder, prevent powder loss, and facilitate subsequent processing and use.
5. Control system
The control system mainly includes motor control, temperature control, pressure control, spray control and other control modes, so as to carry out automatic and intelligent control on the operation process of the ultrafine pulverizer and improve its accuracy and stability.
