The Dawei Mechanical Ultra fine Grinding Equipment belongs to the new fourth generation vibration mill. It adopts multiple advanced technologies and applies high-speed impact force and shear force according to the different characteristics of the material, so that the material is subjected to high acceleration impact, friction, compression, cutting and other effects of the medium in the grinding cylinder, and can achieve ideal grinding effect in a short time. The material becomes fluidized during the crushing process, so that each particle has the same stress state, achieving precise mixing (dispersion) effect while crushing. By adjusting parameters such as acceleration, it is possible to achieve operations with the goal of crushing and grinding or precision mixing (blending) as the main objective.

The device adopts the working principle of vibration crushing, filling the grinding medium such as hard material balls, rods or columns in the grinding cylinder (crushing chamber). The grinding cylinder produces circular vibration in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions as shown in Figure 1 under the action of external excitation force.
