Ultra fine low-temperature grinder is a device used for high-precision grinding, which can be widely used in fields such as medicine, biological science, chemical industry, etc. During normal use and operation, it is necessary to strictly follow the prescribed maintenance procedures to ensure the accuracy and durability of the equipment. Today, the editor will take you to understand the operating procedures of the ultrafine low-temperature crusher.
1. Equipment inspection
Ensure that all parts and accessories of the equipment are in good condition, free from cracks and damage. Check whether the auxiliary equipment such as heating and cooling, compressed air, etc. are operating normally to avoid malfunctions.
2. Prepare samples
The sample should be dry and free from any impurities. The samples containing liquid or gel should be frozen first to avoid the formation of bubbles and droplets.
3. Choose grinding cup and grinding ball
Select appropriate grinding cups and grinding balls based on the characteristics of the sample. Normally, the grinding cup and grinding ball should be made of the same material to ensure that the sample is not contaminated.
4. Adjust the low temperature state
After placing the sample into the grinding cup, start the equipment and adjust the low temperature state to ensure that the sample is in a suitable frozen state. Usually, the temperature during crushing should be controlled at around -196C.
5. Crush it
After placing the grinding ball and sample into the grinding cup, gently rotate the cup and start the equipment for grinding. According to the characteristics of different samples, appropriate grinding time and speed can be selected. Be careful not to excessively rub the grinding cup and ball to avoid accelerating wear and contaminating the sample.
6. Take out the sample
After the crushing is completed, stop the equipment, remove the grinding cup, take out the sample, and clean the grinding cup and grinding ball thoroughly to avoid contamination during the next crushing.
