The ultrafine crusher consists of three parts: the main machine, auxiliary machine, and electric control box. It has various properties such as air selection, no screen, no mesh, and uniform particle size. The production process is continuous. The material enters the crushing chamber through a hopper and a screw conveyor, and is sheared and crushed by high-speed rotating blades. The material is transported into a cyclone separator and a bag filter through negative pressure air transportation. The speed of the crushing disc and grading wheel is controlled by frequency conversion, and the product particle size can be controlled by adjusting the speed of the crushing disc and grading wheel. The discharged material meets the product particle size requirements.
Attention should be paid to the following aspects during the use of ultrafine crushers:
During the production process, it is necessary to regularly check the temperature of the bearings. When the temperature rises above 50 ℃, a water cooling tube should be connected to cool the bearings. When the temperature rises to 90 ℃, the machine should be stopped for inspection, the cause should be identified, and the fault should be eliminated.
When the new machine is running, the transmission belt is prone to elongation, and attention should be paid to adjusting the appropriate tightness of the belt to ensure its working life.
3. Fragile parts should be regularly inspected and replaced in a timely manner to ensure production quality and quantity.
4. The blade should be checked for wear regularly. If it is worn, the productivity will decrease and the particle size will become coarser. If wear is found, it should be replaced immediately.
5. The rolling bearings of the main engine are lubricated with grease, using No. 2 white special grease with a needle penetration of 265-295 degrees.
The grease replacement period for bearings is 2000 hours, and the filling amount of lubricating grease is half of the space inside the bearing chamber. Do not fill too much lubricating grease, otherwise it will cause the bearing temperature to be too high.
