1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection: Before starting up, it is necessary to confirm that there are no residual foreign objects in the crushing chamber, and check whether key components such as blades and screens are intact and firmly fixed.
2. Material pretreatment: The raw materials need to be dried (moisture content<5%) and pass through an 80 mesh sieve to remove hard impurities (such as metals and stones).
3. Safety protection: Operators need to wear dust masks, goggles, and anti-static gloves, and long hair should be tucked into a work cap.
2、 Standardization during operation
1. No load test machine: After starting, idle for 1-2 minutes, monitor the motor for no abnormal noise and normal vibration (amplitude<0.1mm) before feeding.
2. Feeding control: The single feeding amount should not exceed one-third of the crushing chamber volume, and it should be added in small batches at a constant speed to avoid overloading.
3. Real time monitoring: Detect dust concentration every 30 minutes (must be below 10% of the lower explosive limit), and immediately shut down the equipment if the surface temperature exceeds 60 ℃.
3、 Shutdown and maintenance
1. Shutdown process: First stop feeding, idle for 5-20 minutes to remove residual materials, and then turn off the power.
2. Cleaning requirements: After the blade has completely stopped rotating, open the cover and clean it. If necessary, wipe the crushing chamber with alcohol to prevent rust.
3. Component inspection: Regularly check the wear of the blade. If the wear exceeds 0.5mm, it needs to be replaced. If the screen is damaged, it needs to be adjusted in a timely manner.
4、 Prohibited behavior
1. It is strictly prohibited to open the upper cover or reach into the cavity during operation.
2. Do not crush damp, greasy, or superhard materials (such as whole pieces of metal).
3. No one is allowed to work alone, two people must supervise.
5、 Special scenario handling
1. Material jamming fault: Immediately power off, clear the jamming material, and restart.
2. Overheating protection: If the machine stops automatically, it needs to cool down for 10 minutes before pressing the protector to reset.
