Operation method of continuous working cell wall breaking machine

The continuous working cell wall breaking machine is a specialized equipment designed for efficient processing of bulk medicinal materials. Its continuous feeding and discharging mode greatly improves production efficiency. The following are detailed operating procedures and precautions:
1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
(1) Confirm that the power supply voltage is consistent with the equipment nameplate parameters (usually 380V three-phase power)
  (2)Check if the cooling system (water-cooled or air-cooled) is functioning properly to ensure accurate operation of the temperature sensor
  (3)Verify the sealing of the inlet and outlet to prevent dust leakage
2. Material pretreatment
  (1)Dry medicinal herbs such as Cordyceps sinensis to a moisture content of ≤ 8% (excessive moisture can cause wall sticking)
  (2)Remove metal impurities (using magnetic separators or manual sorting)
  (3)Pre crush medicinal herbs with significant differences in hardness (it is recommended to first use a coarse crusher for processing)
3. Parameter setting
  (1)Set the speed according to the characteristics of the medicinal herbs (usually 8000-12000r/min)
  (2)Set the feeding speed (adjust the frequency of the vibrating feeder through a frequency converter)
  (3)Configure the grading wheel speed (control the particle size of the finished product within D90 ≤ 20 μ m)
2、 Continuous operation
1. Start sequence
  (1)Start the cooling system → Start the grading motor → Start the main motor → Start the feeding device
  (2)Run without load for 3-5 minutes and confirm that there are no abnormal vibrations or noises
2. Feed control
  (1)Adopting the principle of 'less first, more later': the initial feed rate is 30% of the rated value, gradually increasing to 100% after 5 minutes
  (2)Monitor the distribution of materials in the crushing chamber through the observation window to ensure no accumulation or idling phenomenon
3. Process monitoring
  (1)Record the ammeter reading every 30 minutes (normal fluctuation range ± 5%)
  (2)Use an infrared thermometer to monitor the bearing temperature (normal ≤ 65 ℃)
  (3)Check the fineness of the discharged material (sampling and testing every 2 hours, in accordance with the requirements of General Rule 0982 of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for micronization)
3、 Shutdown operation
1. Normal shutdown
  (1)Turn off the feeding device → continue running for 5 minutes to empty the material → turn off the main motor → turn off the grading motor → turn off the cooling system
  (2)Open the inspection door to check the wear of the inner wall of the crushing chamber
2. Emergency stop
Immediately press the emergency stop button → cut off the main power → troubleshoot (common causes: overload, foreign object entry, bearing overheating)
4、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Daily maintenance
  (1)Clean the screen mesh every shift (using compressed air for reverse blowing)
  (2)Check the wear of the hammer blade (if the wear on one side exceeds 3mm, it needs to be replaced)
2. Regular maintenance
  (1)Check the tension of the drive belt every week (with deflection controlled within 10-15mm)
  (2)Replace lubricating oil monthly (recommended to use ISO VG68 anti-wear hydraulic oil)
  (3)Quarterly testing of equipment grounding resistance (should be ≤ 4 Ω)
5、 Safety precautions
1. Operators must wear dust masks, goggles, and noise cancelling earplugs
2. It is strictly prohibited to open the maintenance door while the equipment is running (double operation is required when the interlocking device fails)
3. The grounding wire must be a yellow green dual color wire with a cross-sectional area of ≥ 4mm ²
4. Flammable materials are prohibited from being placed within 1 meter of the equipment
