1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that there are no foreign objects in the crushing chamber (it must be empty before starting up), check the flexibility of the moving parts, the effectiveness of the bearing lubrication system and protective devices.
Verify that the power supply voltage is consistent with the device identification and that the grounding wire is reliably connected.
The liquid nitrogen model needs to check the sealing of the pipeline to avoid leakage.
2. Material pretreatment
The raw materials need to be dried, and it is forbidden to add moisture, oil, or flammable and explosive materials; It is recommended to pre grind hard materials to the appropriate particle size.
Liquid nitrogen model: Add liquid nitrogen not exceeding the marking line of the sample tank and pre cool to the target temperature (usually ≤ -196 ℃).
3. Personal protection
Operators must wear insulated gloves, antifreeze goggles, dust masks, long sleeved workwear, and earplugs.
2、 Operating standards for operation
1. Start the process
Start the equipment without load and run it for 1-2 minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal sounds or vibrations.
Liquid nitrogen model: Start the refrigeration system first and wait for the temperature to stabilize before adding materials.
2. Feed control
The material filling amount shall not exceed 50% of the crushing chamber volume, and shall be uniformly fed through a spiral feeder. It is strictly prohibited to add by hand.
Continuous operation time ≤ 5 minutes to avoid motor overheating; Work can continue after intermittent cooling.
3. Parameter monitoring
Real time observation of the ammeter, stop immediately if it exceeds the rated value; The liquid nitrogen model needs to maintain a pressure of 0.1-0.15MPa.
Exception handling: In case of material jamming, immediately turn off the power, clear the residue, and then restart.
3、 Safety taboos and emergency measures
1. Prohibited behavior
Open the upper cover or reach into the crushing chamber during operation.
Disassemble operating components or modify equipment parameters without authorization.
Start the low-temperature crushing program under the condition of no liquid nitrogen.
2. Risk response
Dust explosion: Maintain ventilation and control environmental dust concentration.
Liquid nitrogen frostbite: equipped with emergency sprinkler system, evacuate and ventilate in case of leakage.
Motor overheating: After triggering the automatic shutdown of the protector, it needs to cool down for 15 minutes before resetting.
4、 Shutdown and maintenance
1. Shutdown steps
Stop feeding first and wait for the equipment to idle for 30 seconds before cutting off the power.
Liquid nitrogen model: Close the liquid nitrogen supply valve and then turn off the main engine.
2. Cleaning and maintenance
Remove residual materials from the crushing chamber and disinfect with medical grade alcohol.
Regularly lubricate bearings, check the tightness of blade screws, and replace worn blades.
Check the electrical circuit monthly and maintain the condenser and sealing components every six months.
