1、 Machine installation and debugging
1. After the machine is in place, it must be placed steadily and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. Open the oil cap and add lubricating oil to the gearbox to the oil mark.
3. After the power is turned on, pay attention to its phase sequence and rotate the sugar coated pot clockwise.
4. During the test drive, attention should be paid to whether there is any noise from the machine, in order to stop and inspect it in a timely manner.
5. The inclination angle of the sugar coating pot is related to the filling amount and material properties. When the inclination angle of the sugar coating pot is 30 °, its production efficiency and quality are both good.
2、 Machine operating procedures
1. Before operation, carefully check whether the fasteners of each part of the machine are loose.
2. Clean the inside and outside of the sugar coating machine pot thoroughly.
3. Start the main motor and let the machine idle for 2 minutes to determine if there is a malfunction.
4. After adding the ingredients, first press the main motor button, then according to the sugar crystallization situation, press the blower button, and at the same time turn on the electric heating wire switch.
3、 Maintenance and safety technology
1. The lubricating oil inside the gearbox should be replaced regularly as required.
2. When the sugar coated pot is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned thoroughly and coated with oil on its surface to prevent the copper material of the pot from oxidizing or becoming damp and producing toxic copper compounds. A dust cover should be placed on the back.
3. To ensure the lubrication conditions of the worm gear transmission in the gearbox, the temperature rise inside the gearbox during movement should not exceed 50 ℃.
4. The sealing ring at the end of the worm shaft should be regularly inspected and replaced, generally not exceeding six months.
5. The machine must have a reliable grounding. After the machine is in place, connect a neutral wire outside the electrical box, and its grounding resistance should be ≤ 4 Ω (do not mistake the grounding wire and neutral wire).
6. Do not dismantle electrical appliances and belt protective covers at will.
