The moving parts of a mechanical mixer also produce shear effects on the liquid during rotation. When the liquid flows through the wall of the mixer and various fixed components installed in the container, it also experiences shear effects, which can cause many local vortex diffusion.

For liquids with different densities, compositions, and immiscibility, the shear effect and strong turbulence generated by stirring tear the high-density liquid into small droplets and evenly disperse them into the main liquid.

The maintenance steps for the mixer are as follows:

① The machine needs to be used frequently, and the gearbox needs to be replaced with new oil every three months. When replacing, the gearbox should be cleaned and filled with new oil.

② The equipment components should be inspected 1-2 times a month, including the worm gear, worm gear, bearings, and oil seals. The operating parts should be checked for flexibility, and the fasteners should be checked for looseness. Any abnormal situations should be promptly addressed.

③ If the machine vibrates abnormally or makes abnormal sounds during use, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

④ Electrical control components should be kept clean and sensitive, and any malfunctions should be promptly repaired.

⑤ When assembling and disassembling the mixing slurry, it should be dismantled gently, installed steadily, and placed gently to avoid deformation and damage.
