The process flow of powder filling production line can be divided into the following core stages:
1、 Material pre-processing stage
1. Raw material storage and transportation
After screening and sterilization, the powder raw materials are stored in a moisture-proof storage bin with a built-in vibration device to ensure uniform feeding.
Transfer materials to the measuring station through a screw conveyor or vacuum feeding system.
2. Crushing and screening (configured as needed)
Use a vertical crusher to process agglomerated materials to a particle size of 10-60 mesh.
The rotary vibration screening machine separates impurities and improves the purity of filling.
2、 Precision measurement and filling stage
1. Dynamic Measurement Control
Volumetric metering: using a screw or piston device to quantitatively push flowable powders (such as laundry detergent).
Weighing measurement: using high-precision electronic scales for real-time feedback, suitable for products such as milk powder that are sensitive to density fluctuations.
2. Filling execution
The photoelectric sensor triggers the filling head action, and the positioning disk ensures precise alignment between the bottle body and the filling port.
The servo drive system controls the filling speed to reduce dust emissions.
3、 Sealing and packaging stage
1. Multiple sealing process
First, complete the aluminum foil heat sealing or rubber plug pre sealing, and then enter the capping/rolling station through intermittent equal distribution of discs.
The capping machine is equipped with a negative pressure suction device to remove aluminum shavings and avoid contamination.
2. Connection of subsequent processes
After filling, the product enters the labeling machine and laser coding machine through the conveyor belt to complete the labeling.
The automated packing machine stacks according to the preset mode and sends it to the sealing machine for packaging.
4、 Quality control and cleaning maintenance
1. Online detection system
The metal detector (metal inspection machine) is linked with the weight re inspection table to remove non-conforming products.
The clean area adopts A/B level air filtration system to meet the sterile requirements of drug production.
2. Automated cleaning
Open type transparent material box design, supporting quick disassembly and cleaning without tools.
The filling head is equipped with a CIP online cleaning module to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
