Electric steam boiler is a type of boiler equipment that uses electrical energy to generate steam. It has the characteristics of small size, small footprint, and easy operation, and is widely used in many industrial fields.
An electric steam boiler consists of the boiler body, electric heater, water level controller, water pump, safety valve, etc. The boiler body is a vertical structure consisting of a drum, upper and lower heads, furnace, and flue. The drum is the main part, and the volume can be designed in different sizes according to needs. The upper and lower heads are used to close the two ends of the drum, the furnace is used to burn boiler fuel to generate heat, and the flue is used to discharge flue gas.
The electric heater is the core component of an electric steam boiler, which converts electrical energy into thermal energy, heats the water inside the boiler, and causes it to boil and generate steam. The water level controller is used to monitor the water level inside the boiler and control the start and stop of the water pump to ensure stable water level inside the boiler. The water pump is used to pump water from the water tank into the boiler, ensuring the normal operation of the boiler. The safety valve is a protective device for electric steam boilers. When the boiler pressure exceeds the rated value, the safety valve will automatically open and discharge excess steam to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
Electric steam boilers have the following characteristics:

Due to its vertical structure and relatively small footprint, it is suitable for installation in places with limited space, such as factories, laboratories, etc.

By using electric heating, the energy conversion efficiency is high and the heating speed is fast. Especially under low pressure, it can quickly heat water to boiling point and generate steam.

The operation is simple and easy to understand, just connect the power supply, water source, and steam delivery pipe to start. The water level controller, safety valve, etc. are all automatically controlled, making operation very convenient.
4. Stable steam supply
Good steam supply stability, adjustable steam supply according to needs, and high steam purity, suitable for various processes that require pure steam.
