1、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning requirements: Clean the sieve, suction tube, and corrugated tube after each use to prevent dust accumulation and blockage; Wipe the surface of the equipment with a soft cloth to prevent non-metallic components from being corroded by solvents such as alcohol.
2. Sieve treatment: When the sieve holes are blocked, only rinse with clean water and do not poke with hard objects; The assembly or replacement of the sieve should be handled gently to avoid damaging the connecting buckle or deformation.
3. Operation monitoring: Check the locking status of the wheels before operation to prevent equipment displacement; If abnormal noise, vibration imbalance or abnormal speed is found during operation, immediately stop the machine and tighten the bolts.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Mechanical component inspection: Weekly inspection of circuits, wiring, and transmission devices (such as sprockets and gears) to ensure no looseness or damage, and timely repair; Clean the filter screen, grinding tank, and sieve deeply every month to prevent impurities from affecting the quality of the medicine.
2. Lubrication management: Lubricate rotating parts (such as bearings and slides) with grease once a week to avoid excess and wipe off excess grease; Add high-temperature lubricating grease to the vibrating body bearings every quarter to reduce the risk of wear.
3. System calibration: Calibrate temperature sensors and pressure controllers annually to ensure parameter accuracy.
3、 Long term suspension management
1. Drain the residual materials and cooling water from the equipment before shutdown, and apply rust proof oil to the metal parts for rust prevention.
2. Store in a dry and ventilated environment, covered with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering, and regularly check the storage status.
4、 Safety regulations
1. Wear protective equipment (safety goggles, masks, gloves) during maintenance to ensure that the equipment is completely shut down and avoid contact with rotating parts that may cause injury.
