High speed dispersers are widely used as equipment for stirring, dispersing, and dissolving coatings and solids, and are widely used in coatings, inks, pigments, adhesives, etc.

Daily maintenance of high-speed disperser:

1. The triangular belt should be of equal length and placed inside the transmission box, with appropriate tightness. Tighten the sliding plate bolts and cover the upper cover.

2. If the equipment is parked for a long time without use, the power must be cut off, all parts must be cleaned thoroughly, lubrication parts must be filled with oil, and the main shaft and oil cylinder must be coated with oil for rust prevention.

3. The oil tank uses 46 # hydraulic oil, which should be replaced every six months and cleaned. The filter screen should be cleaned once a month and within two to three days after changing the oil.

4. The gears, bearings, balls, shafts, bushings, and oil cylinders of the rotating parts of the high-speed disperser should be lubricated once a week. If overheating or abnormal noise is found during use, it should be checked in a timely manner.

5. If the shutdown is caused by the action of the thermal relay due to overload, the "reset" button of the thermal relay needs to be pressed before continuing the operation.

6. The communication contactor should be inspected every six months, and the equipment should be overhauled once a year after use.

7. Regularly inspect the vulnerable parts of the high-speed disperser, such as bearings and oil seals, and replace them immediately if any wear is found.
