At the beginning of 2018, the management of Sijun was determined to develop a higher level of grinding and dispersing equipment. Based on the company's existing flagship equipment, in-depth optimization and improvement were carried out. After long-term surveying and evaluation, trial operation, material verification and other aspects of work improvement and statistics, the GRF2000 series four level high shear disperser was finally launched in April 2019. In addition to ensuring the performance characteristics of the three high shear dispersers, a first level module (with multiple specifications to choose from) was added to achieve better dispersion.

We know that the launch of any product cannot survive until it is recognized by consumers. This is a long process. In order to better apply the product to various industries, Shanghai Sijun SGN conducted testing and comparison of more than 50 samples per month and obtained complete data statistics. The four stage high shear disperser has significant advantages in dispersing ultrafine materials. Compared to the three stage high shear disperser, the four stage high shear disperser has higher dispersion efficiency and better results.

The SGN four stage high shear disperser has comprehensive advantages such as multiple layers, high speed, and high efficiency. Internal structure analysis:

The SGN four stage high shear disperser consists of four stages. The function of the first stage is to quickly suck the material into the first stage working chamber for mixing and homogenization under the high-speed motion of the driving motor. Under high-speed shear and centrifugal compression, when entering the second stage, due to the instantaneous change in the angle direction of the rotating stator and the effect of the relative velocity of the rotating stator, the material forms strong droplet shear and turbulence in a very narrow working chamber, and generates strong shock waves, causing severe oscillations. Continuously deform, break, and refine droplets. After entering the third level, the material undergoes multiple changes in angle, direction, and flow rate in an instant. Under the effect of fluid mechanics, the dispersed phase particles or droplets of materials are continuously refined by high-speed shear, extrusion grinding, impact crushing. The fourth level is also a refined first level, due to the narrower and more precise working chamber, the cutting frequency is higher.

The structural characteristics of SGN four stage disperser mainly include:

2. With high-precision design, the selection of internal angles, grooves, and spacing is very scientific and efficient;

3. Internal working groups can be level one, level two, level three, or level four ... can meet the requirements of different materials;

4. The cavity is equipped with a jacket for flexible temperature control, and can be supplied with steam or water;

5. Adopting German Bergmann double end mechanical seals, it can operate continuously for 24 hours while ensuring cooling water;

6. All parts in contact with the material are made of 316L or 316Ti stainless steel.
