1. Dismantling the car:

⑦ Divide the removed upper and lower punch heads in opposite directions and place them in the punch box to prevent damage caused by collision between the punch heads. Then use clean white silk (special products also require alcohol cleaning). After wiping and drying the punching die, mark the punching module and then pass it between the punching dies. 2. Cleaning:

⑴ Cleaning of accessories:

① Cleaning of accessories: The feeder (scraper plate, scraper plate removed and cleaned), feeding hopper, dropping device, screening machine and other accessories should be washed with tap water, and then rinsed back with deionized water (special varieties should use cleaning agents according to the characteristics of the product).
