The operation process of the high-efficiency mixing granulator can integrate different equipment models and scene requirements, and is divided into the following steps:
1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Check the appearance of the equipment and confirm that there is no looseness or damage to components such as the mixing blade and granulation knife.
Connect the power and gas sources, confirm that the voltage meets the requirements, and that the lubrication system is functioning properly (such as the lubrication oil level).
Check if the discharge port is closed and place the finished product bucket below the discharge port.
2. Material preparation
Weigh the raw materials according to the process requirements to ensure that the ratio and purity meet the standards, and pre mix the materials that need to be mixed in advance.
Prepare adhesives or other auxiliary materials (such as wet granulation, which needs to be prepared in advance).
2、 Feeding and mixing
1. Feeding materials
Open the lid of the pot and add the ingredients into the device, taking care not to exceed the maximum capacity.
Wet granulation requires the simultaneous addition of adhesive, and the addition speed should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material.
2. Start mixing
Start the agitator and operate it at a medium low speed (such as 200-500 revolutions per minute) for 1-2 minutes initially, gradually increasing to medium high speed.
Observe the change in current and continue stirring until the material is uniform (usually 2-5 minutes) after reaching the peak value.
3、 Granulation parameter adjustment
1. Granulation knife start
After mixing is complete, start the granulation knife and adjust the speed (such as 1000-6000 revolutions per minute) to control the particle size according to the particle requirements.
Wet granulation requires a combination of adhesive dosage, and the stirring and granulation time should be adjusted by observing the particle forming situation.
2. Programmatic control
During mass production, optimized parameters such as speed and time can be input into the equipment control system to achieve automated operation.
4、 Discharge and Cleaning
1. Discharge operation
After granulation is completed, open the discharge door and push the particles to the finished product barrel through the stirring blade.
After the discharge is completed, close the discharge port and prepare for the next batch of feeding.
2. Equipment cleaning
Turn off the power, remove cleanable components (such as mixing blades and material drums), and use specialized tools to remove residual materials.
Wet granulation requires thorough cleaning of adhesive residues to avoid cross contamination.
5、 Safety and Maintenance
1. Close the pot lid during operation to prevent the equipment from shutting down due to opening the lid during operation.
2. Regularly inspect the electrical system, lubrication components, and sealing, and record equipment operating parameters.
