2、 Start up and run
1. Turn on the power switch and jog the test for 3-5 revolutions without any abnormalities.
2. Press the jog switch to adjust the mixing tank to 45 ° and prepare for feeding.
3. Open the tank mouth to add materials. When adding materials, place the bag mouth into the mixing tank mouth and slowly pour in to avoid too much fine powder. The amount of material added is 2/3 of the tank body.
4. After adding the material, cover the can lid, clamp and tighten the screws to ensure the body is sealed.
5. Activate the tank button, rotate the mixer, and stop after mixing is complete.
6. Mix Banlangen granules and Xiao'er Kechuanling granules for 20 minutes; Mix Sanjia powder for 30 minutes.
7. Fill in production records in a timely manner after production is completed and clear the site as required.
3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Pay attention to the lubrication of the bearing seats at both ends.
2. When a malfunction occurs, the vehicle should be stopped first and the cause checked.
3. Regularly inspect all parts. Tighten the body and do not allow any looseness.
4. Check the integrity of the equipment, whether the components and accessories are complete.
5. Daily maintenance is usually carried out by operators 15-30 minutes before and after work each day. Through equipment inspection, cleaning, and wiping, the equipment is kept in a neat, clean, safe, and good condition.
4、 Lubrication
1. After using the new equipment for a month, it is necessary to replace the gearbox oil with a lithium based oil number of 3.
2. Bearings and chains should be lubricated regularly.
